If the passport has been extended, a passport extension page should be included. If you are not in your home country during the application, your current valid visa in that country is also required.

*3. Proof of English proficiency

An applicant who is an English native speaker, or receives a high school diploma from an English-speaking country, may be exempt from this requirement.
The applicant must pass the online entrance examination organized by CIE. The language examination can be waived if an IELTS band score no less than 5.5, or TOEFL(ibt) score no less than 60, is submitted.

Translation for high school certificate and transcript need to be notarized, or bearing the official seal from school.
If you apply before the completion of high school, an official letter issued by the institute indicating the time when you will receive the diploma is required. Copy of diploma and final version of the transcripts are still required once you receive them.

Tips:
For applicants who are in China: If you are an employee, you still need to provide employment separation certificate and your current residence permit. If you are a student, you need to provide transfer certificate, leaving certificate, certificate of attendance rate issued by previous school and your current residence permit.
